Farrell Homebuilding is a design-and-build company based in Anchorage, Alaska, specializing in creative, thoughtful design that integrates a high level of craftsmanship. We work closely with clients in all stages of the construction process, from concept through completion. Merging a builder’s perspective with an artist’s eye, we offer elegant, efficient solutions to residential construction projects. From classic to contemporary, our goal is to achieve a home that fits.
About Patrick Farrell
Patrick Farrell grew up in upstate New York and has worked in the construction industry for nearly twenty years. His passion for building was first realized at a young age: shortly after graduating high school, drawn to the lure of Alaska, he walked into a stand of spruce trees and built a cabin from the materials at hand. Later, he received a BFA in Fine Arts from Western Washington University. As the owner and principal of Farrell Homebuilding, Patrick develops creative solutions founded in a deep understanding of how buildings are created. He listens carefully to clients’ input and works hard to customize projects to meet each unique aesthetic, lifestyle, and budget. As one client stated, “We had worked with countless architects before Patrick. They all designed beautiful homes but Patrick was the only one who finally listened to us and designed the home we wanted.”
